How to prepare?

All vehicles should be winterized BEFORE drop off (batteries removed, water lines drained and replaced with antifreeze where applicable, etc.)

What are the policies?

Battlefords Agricultural Society is not responsible for the vehicle(s) and its content(s).  You MUST keep your plates valid and inform your insurance agency that the vehicle is in storage at a location other than your home.

“Once you are in, you are in.”  Unless easily accessible, you may not be able to remove your vehicle or RV until spring.  You must also pay your storage fees in FULL before property is released off the grounds, unless other arrangements are made with a BAS Staff member. PERSONAL CHQS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Rodent poison is your own responsibility. While we do put out poison in the Barns, we do not guarantee its effectiveness.

Anyone storing equipment or goods will be required to have their equipment/goods removed by the beginning or middle of March. NO EXCEPTIONS.  Please leave an emergency contact in the event you are out of town.

When can I access?

Winter Storage opens right after the labour day long weekend. “Once you are in, you are in.”  you will not be able to remove your vehicle or RV until spring.  You must also pay your storage fees in FULL before property is released off the grounds.

How much does it cost?

Motor bikes, Golf Carts, ATV’s, Cars, & Trucks - $50.00/ month

Trailers, Motor Homes, & All Boats - $100.00/ month
