Invitation to Promote and Sell your Product and Services

  • It is the largest show in the area.

  • Every year over 5000 consumers from the Battlefords and its surrounding communities attend Agri-Mex to see the latest in new ideas and innovations for the farm and home.
  • Many businesses, implement dealers etc. capitalize on the number of people coming to town, by hosting various open-houses, customer appreciation events etc. which helps to ensure people come to town.
  • The show draws people from a 160 km radius.

To Reserve Exhibit Space

Please call the office @ 306.445.2024 to do a application over the phone, also ask to have your name added to the mailing list for next years application(2020). Or scroll up to top of the current page on the right hand side click on Vendor/Exhibitor Forms to access an application. You can then Mail it in or Fax it. Vendors/Exhibitor Forms can also be accessed on the home page on the right hand side.


The exhibitor is required to complete the application for exhibit space and return the application with full payment to The Battlefords Agricultural Society.  All applications will be reviewed by the Agri-Mex Committee for approval.  Applicants will receive notification of acceptance or rejection by email, please provide a valid email address on the applicaiton. A $100.00 non-refundable processing fee will be applied for cancellations received by February 14, 2020.  After February 14, 2020 there will be NO REFUNDS, all applications MUST be in by March 13, 2020

Wednesday, April 1st  - 8:30 am – 9:00 pm

Show Times

Thursday, April 2nd - 12 noon - 8:00 pm
Friday, April 3rd  - 12 noon – 8:00 pm
Saturday, April 4th  - 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Tear Down Time

Saturday, April 4th  - AFTER 4:00 pm   Please adhere to these times to ensure a quality show. Exhibitors tearing down prior to 4:00 p.m. will be fined $100 per 1/2 hour.

Services Provided

  1. Drapery – 8ft high backs with 4ft high sides are provided (some exceptions).  Also included Free are: Aisle Carpet, one 8ft Skirted Table & 2 Chairs.
  2. Security – Security will be on duty from Wednesday April 1st at 9:00 pm until Saturday, April 4th at 8:00 am.
  3. Electricity:  One 110 volt, 15-amp outlet per 10’ x 10’ indoor space.  Power will NOT be provided for any outdoor exhibit, you must provide your own.
  4. Exhibitor’s Lounge – Refreshments will be available near the exhibit area.  Your exhibitor tag will get you access to the lounge.  
  5. A free pancake breakfast will be held on Saturday, April 4th starting at 8:00 am(FOR EXHIBITORS ONLY) Free pancake breakfast (with paid admission) for the PUBLIC starts at 9:00 a.m in the Agrivilla Building.

Rules & Regulations

  1. The Battlefords Agricultural Society shall not be responsible in any way for any injury to any person or for any loss or damage to any property belonging to the Renter, Exhibitor, Concessionaire or such person or persons contracting herein for the use of property including any loss or damages to any property or from any other losses whatsoever arising out of the occupancy of the premises or any operations or activities conducted therein.
  2. Assemble exhibits by the required deadline prior to the first day of the show.
  3. Staff your exhibits at all times during the show hours and do not dismantle exhibits before scheduled tear down time. Exhibitors tearing down prior to 4:00 p.m. will be fined $100.00 per 1/2 hour.
  4. Exhibits within 5 feet of the aisle must not be taller than 4 feet.
  5. Small and valuable exhibit material should be packed away each night.
  6. No undue noise should be made in the operation of exhibits.  The decision of what constitutes undue noise or any unseemly methods shall rest with the Show Committee.  The decision made by the Show Committee is final.
  7. Subletting of space by an exhibitor is not allowed. Only one campany allowed per booth. Space is to be used by an exhibitor for the purpose as shown on the application.
  8. Exhibitors desiring fire or other insurance must give the matter their personal attention.  All exhibitors planning to use any fuel in their exhibits are requested to contact the Fire Department to discuss all matters pertaining to the installation of such equipment.
  9. Exhibitors must confine all exhibit activities to within the limits of the space allotted to them.

10. All decisions to be at the discretion of the Show Committee.

11. A $100.00 non-refundable processing  fee will be applied for ALL CANCELLATIONS received by February 14, 2020.  No refunds will be given for cancellation after February 14, 2020.       


13. NO SMOKING (by-law #1850).  


  • Early Bird - Inside spaces are $300.00 + GST
    This includes a free outside space (no power is povided to outdoor exhibits) if you would like one.Only until January 31, 2020
  • After January 31, 2020 booths are then $350.00 + GST
    This also includes a free outside space (no power provided to outdoor exhibits) if you would like one.
  • Outside spaces alone are $200.00 each(PLUS GST) - no power will be provided.
  • Extra tables are available for an additional $5.00 per table + 11% GST/PST

All applications are subject to review by the Agri-Mex Committee.  Applications not accepted will have their rental fees fully refunded.

Please Note

Booth Selection will be made by the Agri-Mex Committee, however prior exhibitors may request the same booths as previous years.

The Agri-Mex committee reserves the right to assign all Booths.
